10/15/40 LENT CHALLENGE

The 10/15/40 LENT CHALLENGE is a Synod-wide Lent challenge to slow down just enough to notice where God is already at work and who God might be placing in your path.

Each day during Lent (18 February – 2 April), we pray a simple 15-word prayer  (“Gracious God, today is there someone you want me to connect with outside the church?” )

and stay alert to the possibility that God is already at work beyond our church walls, steering people our way because they need what we have to offer.

That’s it!  10 seconds.  15 words.  40 days.

Just notice what God is already doing.

No pressure

No fixing

No extra meetings

No guilt if nothing obvious happens – because it’s not up to you!
