Communion Training
For those who have had three or more authorisations for communion or baptism, we will be offering a short video (coming soon) which will satisfy the requirement for reauthorisation. If you have had fewer than three communion or baptism sessions, the live Zoom session is required.
If you have had more than three communion or baptism sessions, and you prefer to participate in the live Zoom, you are welcome. When you RSVP for sacrament training, please indicate the number of trainings you have had already.

HERSISTANCE': PRAYER AS ADVOCACY/ADVOCACY AS PRAYER IN TIMES OF AUTOCRACY (LUKE 18: 1-8) WITH CHED MYERS
You are most likely to know Ched Myers as the author of Binding the Strong Man, his game-changing commentary on Mark's gospel. Ched is an activist theologian who has worked in social change and radical discipleship movements for more than 45 years. With a degree in New Testament Studies, he is a popular educator who animates scripture and its relationship to issues of faith-based peace and justice.
Join us on Sunday evening as reflects on the story of the persistent widow and the unjust judge. Ched has offered to stay behind a while after the service for people who want to interact with him.

Music with a Mission
Who is it for? Anyone who would like to engage with an exploration of how music can enable and inspire God’s mission in our churches. That includes church musicians, Church elders, lay preachers and worship leaders, ministers and anyone who would like to come along and be inspired by the wide range of musical offerings we have available.
What should I expect? A range of engaging and inspiring presentations of Music with a Mission: engaging with the world church, across the generations, from traditional organ music to rock music. A chance to raise a joyful noise together. More details to follow.
Tea and coffee will be provided. Please bring your own packed lunch.
Doors open at 9:30am for a 10am start.
