Revd Richard Church – Synod Moderator
As Moderator, Richard deals with a range of matters relating to ministers and churches. For example the process by which people offer for Ministry, pastoral matters concerning churches, and the movement of ministers.
Richard is also involved with Church leaders in other denominations and makes links between the Synod and the wider church.

Revd. Gary Gotham – Synod Webmaster
Gary graduated from Northern College Manchester in 2000 and has been serving Buxton Road and Union United Reformed Churches ever since.
In the last three years he has taken on the relaunch of the North Western Synod’s website – let him know your thoughts for improvements.
In his spare time he enjoys lazy summer days with friends, Formula One, real ale and messing about with computers.
There is a rumour he is building a kit car in his garage, but internal combustion engines will be outlawed before he ever gets round to finishing it.
